The Pastoral Council
In the spirit of servant leadership, and in partnership with the pastoral staff and other parish ministers, is called to listen to parishioners’ pastoral and spiritual needs, help discern the parish direction, plan for the future (Pastoral Planning), and support the implementation of the parish mission. Altar Servers
This ministry is open to both girls and boys who have made their First Communion and have reached the 4th grade. It involves serving at weekend Masses, funerals, and other liturgical celebrations. Questions, comments, or interest, email: stlukere@nycap.rr.com
Choir and Musicians
This ministry involves singing at Mass or on special occasions and weekly rehearsals. If interested or with questions email: mariasista@hotmail.com
Greeters

Readers
Through the hearing of the proclaimed Word of God, we come to faith. Readers proclaim the Word during Mass or other liturgical celebrations. Formal training is a necessary part of this ministry. Questions, comments, or interest, email: stlukeom@nycap.rr.com
Special Ministers of the Eucharistic
It is through the breaking and sharing of the bread that we come to know the Risen Lord. This ministry involves the distribution of the Eucharist during Mass. Ushers
Along with Greeters, help to create a warm, friendly atmosphere for parishioners, visitors, and guests who enter our church. They also arrange seating for those in attendance, prepare the offertory procession, take up the collection, and distribute bulletins. This ministry is open to anyone of high school age or above. The Evangelization Committee
Promote, through prayer and parish activities, the three goals of Catholic evangelization: 1) to bring about in all Catholics a strong enthusiasm for their faith; 2) to invite all people to hear the message of salvation in Jesus Christ; 3) to foster Gospel values in our society. Baptism Companions
Walk with new parents as they bring their young ones up in the Catholic faith. Be there as a support, prayerful companion, and mentor.
